 PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ALLOW POP-UPS IN ORDER TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION!

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU ALLOW POP-UPS.

SUMMER SESSION: JUNE 3-AUGUST 2 (CLOSED JULY 1-5)

2024-2025 (SCHOOL) SEASON BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2, 2024

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

  • New dancers to NEXUS Pointe will NOT be officially registered (and your dancer’s/performer’s spot will not be saved) without FULL PAYMENT of the registration fee.

  • Please register your dancer/performer based on grade level for the following classes:

    • Tiny Combo/Tiny Acro (Ages 3-5, preschool/pre-K)

    • NEXUS Combo/Acro (Grades K-2nd)

    • Ballet Level Classes (Levels 1 thru 4) begin at 3rd grade, but are based on skills/technique level and NOT age or grade. If a performer is brand new to dance, register them for level 1 or beginner. If you feel he/she should be at a higher level, please contact us before registering. *ALL DANCERS MUST BE ASSESSED AND ACCEPTED INTO ANY CLASS THAT IS LEVEL 2 OR HIGHER

    • We are a Competition Studio, so the only classes we currently offer are for those on competition team or in team-prep classes, EXCEPT FOR BALLET. Ballet is offered for any dancer, whether they are on team or not.

  • PrePointe/Pointe Classes: In order to take this class, the dancer MUST be enrolled in a level 2 or 3 ballet class AND the stretch and strength class for their age group in addition to the PrePointe/Pointe class. This is for strength development and injury prevention of the young dancers’ ankles, feet and knees. *If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at nexuspointe@yahoo.com or call 469-826-0587.

  • IF YOUR DANCER IS WANTING TO JOIN THE BALLET CONSERVATORY: Please contact us beforehand, as there is an audition process as well as deadlines that may have already passed.

  • IF YOUR DANCER IS WANTING TO JOIN THE COMPETITION TEAM: Please contact us beforehand, as there is an audition process as well as deadlines that may have already passed.

  • WE WILL HAVE A COMMITMENT MEETING/ORIENTATION AFTER AUDITIONS. The calendar and commitment expectations will be discussed then before signing the contract for the team. After auditions and the orientation, if you choose to not be on the team/conservatory, we will drop what classes that the dancer chooses to drop and will adjust the tuition rates as well.

 *We have a class/level dress code. Please communicate with the studio BEFORE purchasing any items for your dancer for classes/practices. We don’t want you to waste any money on items they cannot/will not be wearing in class.

**MAKE SURE YOU READ THROUGH EVERY ARTICLE BEFORE SIGNING AND COMPLETING REGISTRATION. We have our medical and social media waivers, dress code/uniform policies, etc. ready for you online at the registration portal.

After you register, click on the link to our studio store to get what is required for our classes. Make sure you read the dress code policy — the only items that are required to be identical and purchased from the studio store link are the items for ballet classes, Tiny and NEXUS Combi classes, and the tap and jazz shoes.
